Rewatching this, the actor even cuts his eyes to the side and smirks like Meg!! Phenomenal observation skills to mimic that so well without it becoming a caricature.

You should, however, check out the Halloween special of Best of the Worst in which the RLM boys cover it, which is an absolute classic. The words “we watched someone’s fetish film” are uttered.

My major complaint for this episode is that it takes Dean a little too long to consider that his brother might be possessed, but I can also see him unconsciously avoiding that possibility because he just doesn’t want to deal with it. I like to think that Bobby offers a beer with a little holy water in it to everyone who crosses the threshold of his home. That’s the kind of paranoia I can get behind.
