I am happy with how this is going, but I did make way more complicated than it needed to be so this is a crop of the final image. Pls hold the 10,000 years it will take me to finish it. 🥰

Update 14/03/2025: Finished! I am so happy with how this turned out. I was so close to using the colours of the lesbian flag for the lighting so I just commited and made the middle part white to compliment the colours. I am seriously considering making this into a print! I love how it turned out and I am so pleased with it. I hope you all like it too! 💖

The really saturated colours of the flag can be hard to deal with so its always nice to make them milder, lol. Pastel colours are always nice for sunsets and dusk, changing the colours to nicer ones that still represent the flag is usually what needs to happen to not make an eyesore 🤭

I looove the imagery of Catra having Adora's back as Adora stands in front to protect Catra, and the colours! Subtle lesbian flag, as Catra lights of the forest with her fury, and Adora faces off with teh darkness, just so good! Wonderful work Rinnii!

2025-03-14 01:54:10 +0000 UTCThese are so powerful and gorgeous!!! (Psst- Adora’s right hand is upside down) You chose such perfect contrasting shades, too! I often see the bold carnival shades of yellow and purple that look so garish. The palettes you used are stunning! I’ve found myself using these colors pretty often, though I tend to go with a pallid beige sort of yellow just cause I’m working with stuff that calls for neutral tones.
