Added 2017-04-30 16:32:21 +0000 UTC Despite seeing Celes in "World of Final Fantasy" and "Record Keeper," it had been a while since I played VI and I really didn't remember much about her character. I brushed up on her backstory and realized that she's actually kind of a badass. Not to mention she can wield Ultima Weapon! As such, I decided to go with her Spinning Edge attack.
