Honestly, Raiden hasn't been that great since Raiden Jet Fighters. 3 and 4 were pretty meh and my buddy with an Xbone says 5 wasn't anything special either. I'd kill for a new R-type myself. :) (or gradius of course)

2017-09-08 23:10:54 +0000 UTCWeeeell, the main ships from Raiden and Ikaruga are pretty neat too, and Raiden is a personal contendor I have for great Shmups to look forward too :3 Oh, and I'll throw Starfox's Arwing while I'm at it - the underrated design from Starfox Assault *especially*.
